Shipping Times and Policies

Hi!  I'm Melissa, the owner of BEPDshop!  I am a one woman show!  My sticker shop is partly ready to ship and part print to order.  I offer customs and choose your options stickers and kits that are print when ordered.  My shop is filled with True Crime, Snarky, and Functional stickers.  I dabble in a couple of other items and you can find them all in the shop!

Shipping Info:

U.S. ORDERS are shipped USPS first class mail with tracking.  Once the package has been released to the post office, I assume no responsibility.  Any tracking or delay in receipt should be addressed with your local post office by using the tracking number on your receipt.  Package marked delivered but your didn't receive it?  Please contact your local post office to track the package and where it was delivered.  The USPS can provide GPS tracking of the delivery.  Once it leaves my office, I have no control over the USPS or their process of package delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped first class international with a US tracking #.  Any fees issued by your country are your responsibility.  Once the package has been released to the post office, I assume no responsibility for it.  My shipping rates are based off of the USPS International shipping rates and they are fairly expensive. 

Returns & Exchanges:

I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on orders, however please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will be happy to correct any mistakes or come to some sort of solution to make it right.  I do inspect each order before it is shipped to insure accuracy.  Alas, I am human and do make mistakes.  Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Additional Information:

Orders placed during a collaborative sale have a strict no cancellation policy. If you place multiple orders during a collaborative sale and I have not already processed your order, I will combine shipping and refund one shipping charge.  If your order has already been processed, the orders will ship separately and will not be combined and shipping will not be refunded.
